White Labs WLP002 English Ale:
A classic ESB strain from one of England's largest independent breweries. This yeast is best suited for English style ales including milds, bitters, porters, and English style stouts. This yeast will leave a beer very clear, and will leave some residual sweetness.
Flocculation: Very High
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-68°F (18-20°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5-10%)

Leaves beer crystal clear

Fermented at 19 degrees C. Fermentation started quickly, finished by 7 days or so, but I left it alone for another 6 days. Yeast settled out beautifully leaving absolutely clear beer. Just bottled it, so I can't attest to the taste.
I got roughly 80% attenuation, not the 65-70% advertised.
