Caboose - American IPA - All-Grain Kit

Hop on the train and have a Caboose.  Cassel brewery has graciously given us this wonderful American IPA.  Cassel is located in eastern Ontario in Casselman.  Although they are a small brewery, they create wonderful tasting beer.

This beer is a generously hopped strong beer showcasing the delicious flavours of grapefruit and tropical fruit.

NOTE

The master brewer, uses a mix of two yeasts for this beer. It is a 50/50 mix of Wyeast 1056 American Ale and Wyeast 1318 London Ale III.  Although you can just use either one.
