Escarpment Labs 2026 Ordering Structure
Escarpment has announced a new ordering system for 2026, moving to six ordering cycles throughout the year. Each cycle includes 13 core strains that are always available, plus 4 rotating seasonal strains. This structure gives you more frequent ordering windows and a predictable schedule to plan your brew days around.

13 Core Strains (Available Every Cycle)
These are the staples you can count on year-round:
- Foggy London Ale — produces that classic English ale character with a slight haze
- Cali Ale — clean and versatile for West Coast IPAs and pale ales
- KRISPY — ultra-clean Kveik that ferments warm but tastes like it went low and slow
- Kolsch — delicate and clean for brewing authentic Kolsch-style ales
- Irish Ale — malty and smooth, ideal for stouts, reds, and Irish ales
- English Ale II — a well-balanced British strain for bitters and ESBs
- Vermont Ale — the go-to for juicy, hazy New England IPAs
- Hydra — a multi-strain blend for complex ale profiles
- Premium Pils — for brewing crisp, Continental-style pilsners
- Isar Lager — clean German lager character
- Lactobacillus Blend 2.0 — fast-souring blend for kettle sours and Berliner Weisse
- Biergarten Lager — smooth and malty for Festbier, Helles, and Munich-style lagers
- SUPERFOG — maximum haze for the haziest of hazy IPAs

Plan ahead — if a seasonal strain you need falls in a later cycle, you can always bank yeast by making a starter and storing it for future brew days.
