Amarillo Hops - 454g

Amarillo is a perfect aroma hop creating a delicious orange citrus flavour. This hop is also a great choice for bittering given its high alpha acid content. Amarillo hops are highly acidic giving it a very sweet citrus flavour and aroma. Aromas are closer to oranges than grapefruits. Expect light floral notes, melon and peaches. The acidic properties of Amarillo, makes it perfect for ESBs and Pale Ales.
