Dehydrated hibiscus - Anhydra - 56g

These dehydrated hibiscus flowers are dried and grounded into a coarse powder.  Hibiscus flowers can be used in many beer styles.  Dried hibiscus flowers give fruity, floral and wild berry notes when used in a infusion.

Recommended dosage

• 56g for a  19 litre batch for a nice pink colour
• 84 - 113g for a 19 litre batch for a more intense pink reddish colour.
