This brewing course is a theoretical course that will cover all you ever wanted to know about brewing beer.  This course is geared towards beginners and intermediate brewers with some advanced explanations.

This course is given by master brewer Pascal Desbiens.  Pascal has over 30 years experience as a brewer.  He has worked as a master brewer in many different breweries.  Presently he is the master brewer at Gainsbourg Brewpub in Chelsea.
