Carafa Special I (dehusked) Malt - Weyermann

Carafa Special I is a dark-roasted specialty malt made from high-quality spring barley. Where malt-based bitterness is not desired, Carafa Special I is a perfect fit.  As the dehusked version of Carafa, it produces rich colour, body, flavour and aroma without the harsh flavours and astringency typical of dark-coloured grains.
