German dextrin malt ideal for adding body and foam stability to pale lagers and ales. Improves head retention. Excellent substitute for Carapils or Crystal 10. For use in Pilsner, "Lagerbier", Light Beer, Bock Beer, Ales.
°L: 1.5 – 2.9
Use 5 – 10% of the total grain bill.
Up to 40% of the total grain bill can be used.
