Description
Caramel Aromatic brings increasingly strong malty aroma and caramel flavour notes into the beer, which also lead to a darker beer colour. The sensory profile shifts towards dark, strong caramel with light almond and nutty notes. This malt is process, so that high proportions can be used in the grain bill.
