The Caramel malt is a roasted style malt which gives a pronounced caramel, burnt sugar, raisiny and Prune flavours to your beer. This malt will give red to deep red hues to your beers.

5-15% Certain styles of Brown Ales, Scotch Ales, Stouts and Porters
