Caramel Munich I is a light caramel malt in BestMalz Caramel Munich line. This great malt will lend a fuller body, improved malt aroma and a deep red colour in the finished beer. Caramel Munich I malt can be used in beers of all types requiring an extra malt emphasis such as Red Ale, Red Lager, Scottish Ale, Alt Beer and Brown Ale.
