Description
Chocolate Rye is a deeply roasted malt. When used in small amounts, it adds a roasted and spicy flavour of rye to your beers. Much like chocolate wheat and roasted barley it contributes a dark colour but with different flavours and aromatics. Can be added to any beer style. Can be used to darken a light beer or to add flavour.
