Description
With Crystal Dark, we get into the delicious realms of complex burnt toffee flavour, but without the astringency of roasted malt. The unique roasting process allows production of exceptional uniformity in each batch, ensuring each grain of malt is perfectly crystallized. This malt will also add a ruby red colour to your beer.
