Description
WB-06 dry yeast provides fruity and phenolic character, varying with the fermentation temperature. This yeast produces well-attenuated beers and it is ideal for wheat base beers, such as Belgian and German Styles. WB-06 produces typical phenolic notes of wheat beers. It allows to brew beer with a high drinkability profile and presents a very good ability to suspend during fermentation.
Fermenting below 22°C will bring out the clove flavours and fermenting abouve 23°C will bring out the banana flavours.
