Dry yeast Safbrew WB-06 - Fermentis

This typical yeast strain is recommended for wheat beer fermentation and produces subtle estery and phenol flavor notes such as clove notes typical of wheat beers. Allows to brew beer with a high alcohol profile and presents a very good ability to suspend during fermentation.

Attenuation: 86%
Flocculation: Low
Fermentation Temperature:

  • 12-25°C (53.6-77°F), ideally 18-24°C (64.4-75.2°F).
  • Below 22°C (71.6°F) for clover flavours
  • Above 23°C (73.4°F) for banana.
