Description
Grown in East Kent county of South Eastern England, East Kent Golding is the classic English Ale hop. Aroma variety with a smooth, delicate, and slightly spicy aroma. Used in the kettle for aroma and great for dry hopping.
Typical brewing styles: All English style Ales, Belgian Ales, Pale Ale, Porter, Stout
Aromas of lavender, spice, honey, thyme, earthy flavours
Purpose: aroma and bittering
Alpha Acid: 5%-6%
Beta Acid: 2%-3%
Origin: UK
