Ella (Stella) Hops - 454g

Ella hops were previously know as Stella. Ella is the little sister of Galaxy; they share the same mother. Ella has a pleasant spicy and floral aroma like star anise when used in small quantities. This hop works great in Pilsners and Lagers in small quantities. When Ella is used in greater quantities and for dry hopping, it will impart tropical and grapefruit flavours like Galaxy which makes it perfect for IPAs and Pale Ales. This hop is considered an aroma hop, but can also be used for light bittering.
