English Ale II

Higher attenuation than English Ale I, while still very flocculant. Suited for higher gravity English ales, and also great as a workhorse yeast strain for most English/American beer styles.

Attenuation: 72-80%

Optimum Temp: 18-22°C (65-72°F)

Alcohol tolerance: Medium

Flocculation: Medium-High
