Description
Irish ale yeast from a classic brewery, producing slight fruitiness and caramel notes. Great for Irish stouts, porters, red ales, and pale ales. This yeast is well balanced and there is no risk of diacetyl formation as long as this yeast gets enough nutrition and oxygen from the ferment.
