Description
The Krispy Kveik yeast is a psudo lager yeast. This yeast makes clean lager-like beers at ale temperatures. Krispy used to be a blend of two kveik strains. Now, Krispy is a single strain of lab-evolved kveik that produces drier, cleaner and more consistent beers.

Attenuation: 75 - 85%
Temperature: 15 - 25°C
