This West Abbey Ale yeast strain produces balanced intensity of fruity esters and phenolics, and can be used for high gravity fermentations as well. West Abbey Ale is a great choice for big, bold Quads and any other darker Belgian beers. This yeast is gentle enough to be used in any Belgian style including Witbiers.
