Falconer's Flight Hops - 454g

Falconer's Flight is a proprietary hop comprised of many of the Northwest’s most unique hop varieties and is perfect for any Northwest-style IPA. Each hop has been hand selected for its superior aromatic qualities, imparting distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones. This is a dual purpose hop that can also be used for dry-hopping.

Typical brewing styles:  Amber, American IPA, American pale, Black IPA

Purpose: aroma and bittering
Alpha Acid:  9.5% - 12%
Beta Acid: 4% - 5%
