Star San is a high foaming, acid anionic, no-rinse sanitizer. A very effective sanitizer that's easy to use. A little goes a very long way. Mix 1oz Star San to 5 gallons of water. Sanitizes after just 2 minutes contact time. Star San and water solution will remain an effective sanitizer for several weeks. Food grade product designed for the brewing industry. Self-foaming enables good penetration in hard to clean areas. No rinsing required and will not flavour your beer.
