Grapefruit Peel (oz):

Dried grapefruit peel gives a tart citrus flavor to Pale Ales, IPAs and Wheat Beers.  Add in last 15 - 20 min of boil, use 0.5 - 1 oz per 5 gal batch of beer. You can also add this to secondary fermentation or right into a keg!
