Description
Hallertau Mittelfrüh is the same as the original Hallertau hops from Germany. Hallertau dates back more than 100 years and is on of the original four noble hops. This hop has a light flower and spice aroma. Hallertau is mainly used as an aroma and dry hopping hop, but can alose be used for bittering.
Typical brewing styles: Altbier, American Lager, Belgian Ales, German Pilsner, Kölsch, Lambic, Pale Ale, Wheat

Alpha Acid: 3.5% - 6.5%
Beta Acid: 3.5% - 4.5%
