Heather Tips - 56g

Used to make historical spiced ales and meads, heather tips add a pleasant bitter flavour and mild aroma to beer.

Add 56g to wort at beginning of the boil. Recipe should include honey and a pinch of sweet gale (optional). It makes a great tea too!
