Le Labo Bruxelles Trois

Above all, this yeast enhances malt and hops flavour. Very popular in IPAs and NEIPAs. This yeast native to the north of England leaves a creamy and fruity finish, slightly sweet. A must. 

Temperature: 17-23 ºC 

Attenuation: 71- 75%

Flocculation:  High

Alcohol tolerance: 10%
