Fawcett's Ale malt are produced from the best winter barley varieties available. All of our Pale Ale Malts, Crystal Malts and Roasted Malts are produced on our single site in Castleford, utilising our tried and tested methods in our traditional floor maltings, Saladin boxes and modern Germination & Kilning vessels.

Well modified producing consistent extract within the standard ale colour range giving sweet & flavourful worts.

Pale Ale malts are the main ingredient for all types of bitters, milds and stouts.
