Description
Munich I malt increases the body, aroma, malt sweetness and adds a slight biscuit flavor to you beer. This malt contains about half the enzyme potential of 2-row malt, which is enough to self convert in a mash. It can be steeped in an extract brew to add some of the flavor contribution, but will not add any sugars in a steep.
Munich I malt is perfect for Stouts, brown and dark ales, use it as part or all of your grain bill.
