Gainsbourg, is a restaurant-bistro and microbrewery located at 9 Aubry Street in the historic Vieux-Hull district of Gatineau. The pleasures of a pub-gastronomic menu and a selection of microbrewery draught beers and bottles from all over Quebec. High quality beers being brewed on site in a state-of-the-art microbrewery. Gainsbourg opened its doors in February 2013 and has been offering its beers being brewed on site since January 2014. Pure draught pleasure and a menu that has already earned Gainsbourg an enviable reputation.
