These Cacao nibs are from Dominican Republic. You will taste notes of cherry, figs & citrus. Perfect for stouts, porters, and medium to dark ales. Add to the mash, boil, or during fermentation for varying degrees of chocolatey awesomeness. Adding nibs pre-boil will impart some bitterness.
