These Cacao nibs from Ecuador are fermented. You will taste a long, deep chocolate flavour with beautiful floral overtones. Notes of walnut, banana, toffee. A very long finish. Perfect for stouts, porters, and medium to dark ales. Add to the mash, boil, or during fermentation for varying degrees of awesomeness. Adding nibs pre-boil will impart some bitterness.
