Peated Malt - Thomas-Fawcett

Thomas Fawcett Peated Malt is produced by smoking pale malt over burning peat. Peated Malt will add a dark, earthy aroma and flavour characteristic of Islay whisky. Perfect malt for a Scotch ale.
