Description
Made from barley that has not been malted. Roasted to allow the bitterness of the malt to come through while also producing a complex profile to fit a wide variety of styles. When used in small amounts this malt can impart a wonderful colour into your beer with little flavours. Roasted barley is the perfect grain for your Irish Stout.
