Description
Summit hops have a strong alpha acid content which makes it ideal for bittering. Summit imparts orange, citrus, grapefruit and tangerine aromas which makes it a good late addition hop. This hop can at times give an onion and garlic flavour, be careful with this hop.
Typical brewing styles: Barley Wine, India Pale Ale, Imperial Stout
