Sweet orange peel - 28g

Sweet Orange Peels are perfect for brewing and will not give you that metallic off-flavour. Sweet orange peels will impact a Grand Marnier flavour to your beer. Great for your Belgian Witbier, American Wheat and strong ales. Combine orange peels with coriander, ginger and honey.

Recommended dosage

Add 14g - 28g for a 19 litre batch in the last 15 minutes of the boil.
