Description
Tettnang is characteristically similar to Hallertau and genetically similar to Saaz. Tettnang has notably more farnesene content giving it a soft spiciness and a subtle, balanced, floral and herbal aroma. This makes it a great dual-use hop. This hop is well suited for European style lagers and pilsners.
