Traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as White Labs WLP029 German Ale/Kölsch does.

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-69°F (18-21°C)
