Description
Willamette is primarily used as an aroma hop due to its low alpha acid content. This hop, when brewed will add complex spiciness characterized by herbal, floral and fruity notes. Since Willamette is the daughter of the Fuggle hop, it carries the same characteristics or pepper and spice. This hops works great on darker beer styles.
Typical brewing styles: Brown Ale, English Ales, Porter, Stouts

Alpha Acid: 4% - 6%
Beta Acid: 3% - 4%
