Description
Sterling is a yeast from Scotland. This yeast is a solid, well-rounded ale strain useful for a wide range of beers, from IPAs to Scotch Ales to big imperial stouts. This strain can ferment colder than many ale strains as well, yielding exceptionally clean beers. The temperature can be raised for higher ester production. Attenuation is highly responsive to wort fermentability.
