Elderflowers (oz):

Dried Elderflowers are use to flavour beer and wine. It's also widely used in tea and cordial. They have antioxidant properties and can be used to fight colds and the flu.

Beer - Add 1oz to the boil within last 5 min or add to fermenter.

Wine - Add 1oz to the fermenter.

Tea - Steep 1 tsp in a cup of water.
