Malt Chocolat - Briess

Use Briess Chocolate Malt in all styles for colour, imparts rich roasted coffee and cocoa flavour notes. The chocolate flavour is very complementary when used in higher percentages in Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, Dunkels and other dark beers.

Usage

Use up to 10% of the malt bill.
