The Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base is the perfect add on to your liqueur Top Shelf essence from Still Spirits. Gives the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Cream Liqueurs.
Mixing instructions
Add 250ml warm water to large mixing bowl. Add contents very slowly while stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Add alcohol as indicated on flavour bottle & top up to 1.125L with water.
