Pale wheat malt - Weyermann

Perfect base for any wheat beer style, especially hefeweizen. Contributes little color and a robust malty-sweet flavor with notes of bread, nuts, toffee and light caramel. Wheat malts high protein content contributes to body and head.

Usage

Use up to 80% of total grain bill for wheat beers.
