Fermentation Temperature: 12-25°C (53.6-77°F), ideally 18-24°C (64.4-75.2°F). Below 22°C (71.6°F) for clover flavours and above 23°C (73.4°F) for banana.

Every single kit extract homebrew I have made as a new homebrewer have left me with the same unsatisfactory results in each batch leaving a yeasty twangy off flavor. Beers which I could not even drink, even with weeks of conditioning. Deciding to switch yeasts I purchased Safbrew WB-06, replaced the kit yeast, and followed the exact same brewing method. I had NO IDEA a yeast could make this much of a difference! Not only was there absolutely NO yeasty off flavours, but it was the most delicious beer I have ever had. Even my friends could not believe it was an extract brew from a can. This yeast made all the difference and was the breaking point needed to keep me homebrewing. I am putting in an order for more Safbrew WB-06.
