Best choice for dry mead. Used in many award winning meads. Low foaming with little or no sulfur production. Use additional nutrients for mead making.

Temperature Range: 55-75°F, 13-24°C
Alcohol Tolerance: 18% ABV

    We experimented with 10 types of yeast . DRY MEAD was the best, the taste of Mead turned out to be very clean, without extraneous aromas and flavors. Also very good floculation. We buy these yeast for the third time.
