As you develop your brewing method to include more advanced techniques you will never outgrow these essentials.  This 6 gallon kit is perfect for 5 gallon batches.  You won't have to worry about spills with this plastic fermenter and bucket.

The FerMonster is a great fermenter.  It is made of plastic and is so easy to clean with its 4" opening.
