Description
Flavour your homebrew with real cinnamon sticks. You can get various results by using 1 stick late in the boil, at flame-out or in secondary fermentation. Crush the cinnamon stick for even more flavour and aroma. Add 1 whole stick to darken beers 5 minutes from the end of boil. Perfect in holiday beers and goes well with ginger, anise, orange, and honey flavours.
