Fast Turbo Yeast is a yeast and nutrient mixed designed to ferment 6 kg (13.2 lb) of sugar in less than 24 hours while still producing very good distillate quality.

Fermentation Time

At 20°C: 24 hours
At 30°C: 22 hours

• With 6 kg sugar using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.6 L @ 93% ABV
• With 6 kg dextrose using the T500 Reflux Condenser: 3.8 L @ 93% ABV
