Paradise seeds contributes black-pepper notes, spiciness and subtle hints of ginger. Use sparingly, about 1g or 1/2 tsp for a 5 to 6 gallon batch of Belgian style specialty beer or holiday beer. Crush lightly before using. For companion ingredients try 1/4 to 1/2 oz of sweet orange peel.
