Chocolate Malt (Briess):
Use Briess Chocolate Malt in all styles for colour, imparts rich roasted coffee and cocoa flavour notes. Use up to 10% of the malt bill. The chocolate flavor is very complementary when used in higher percentages in Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, Dunkels and other dark beers.
